Wyoming Council for Women’s Issues finds new place on the Web
CHEYENNE, Wyo.- The Wyoming Council for Women’s Issues (WCWI) has a new Web site located at www.wyomingwomenscouncil.org.
The new Web site is designed to make information on the needs and concerns of Wyoming women more accessible, including information on employment practices, educational opportunities, home and community and legal rights and responsibilities. The site also includes links to women’s resources, information on the Council and a calendar of events.
The mission of the Wyoming Council for Women's Issues (WCWI) is to focus on the status of women in Wyoming.
The Wyoming Council for Women’s Issues is a 13-member council with representation from each of the nine Judicial Districts in addition to four at-large members and one ex-officio member of the Wyoming Business Council. The WCWI is a Governor appointed council.
